Minny almost stole this one down 2 early, but things turned bad in the 8th with a base clearing double Minny answered back with one run but too little to late
Josh Hamilton doubled home Julio Borbon in the first inning, Nelson Cruz hit his sixth homer of the season in the 3rd. Cleveland was down ealry and couldn't get there bats going managing only 5 hits to Texas' 15 . Colby Lewis struck out 10 over 5 1/3 innings. Indians cut the lead in half in the 6th but that's where it stopped.
