May 20th Selections

MLB
KC@CLE -133
Talbot has been a stud. 5-2, 3.23 ERA hasn't faced KC but hold wins over good hitting teams. Two times last year Indians faced Hochevar won both 13-6 and 4-2.He's 1-4, 5.68 ERA vs. CLE
NYM@WASH -117
N-A-T-S, Nats Nats Nats...? 11-8 at home vs the 5-14 away NYM. Nationals have won 5 of the last 7 vs the Mets. Pitchers faced off back on the 10th  Atliano went 5.1 shut out innings got the 3-2 win.
SD +150@LAD
Correia's 2nd game back after his brother died, lost the first game 4-1 to these same LAD and Kershaw. The team wanted to win for Correia, I think they rally together for him this game.Correia is 4-2, 4.52 ERA vs. LA
BAL +137@TEX
Baltimore isn't that bad right? i think they have a slight pitching edge tonight Feldman doesn't seem to have his stuff and Matusz is pitching good only really Two bad outings his last ten and that was against TB(4 runs)and at Minny (6 runs) only time he didn't go over 5 innings

NHL
Philly +113@MTL
Bell Center should give Montreal a much needed energy boost But they way they are getting hammered and crowded i just don't see what they can do. Halak will be on a short leash he needs to come up with some wizardry to right this ship.

May 19th Selections

MLB
CIN +115@ATL
Liking the Reds, They are on a roll. The "Harangatang" vs Kawakami. Kawakami is 0-2, 11.74 ERA vs CIN still hasn't picked up a win this year.Harang has pitched pretty good for his standards.Reds are 6-1 in the last 7 meetings 3 of those wins were in Atlanta.
TB@NYY -1 -106
Burnett owns the Rays, 12-4,2.76 ERA every game but 1 loss were wins by 3 or more runs. The 2 games Davis has started vs the Yankees have been 10-0 and 10-2(vs Burnett) losses at Tropicana can't see him fairing much better in New Yankee Stadium.

May 18th Selections

 MLB
MIN@TOR -117
took Toronto late last night forgot to post it before i went out this morning.
SF@SD-117
2 times these pitchers faced off ended in 1-0 scores in favor of the Padres. Latos (2-0, 0.00 ERA vs SF) last 2 starts he's only given up  3 hits going 8 and 9 innings. That's 7 in a row now Giants have lost to SD. Sanchez is 2-4, 2.37 ERA vs. SD and the Padres have been hitting lefties well.

 NHL
CHI +127@SJ
I don't think the Sharks have the skilled speed to keep up with Hawks and Chicago matches up alright size wise. should be a tight one again though. Hawks have been road warriors
MTL@PHI Over 5 -126
I have a feeling this game will be closer than last 3-2, 4-2 finish. Lean to Montreal.

May 17th Recap

MLB  2-2 +0.04u
CWS@DET- Postponed
MIL@CIN -101- Win
Pitchers Duel, if it wasn't for Gallardos walks he could have had the shutout, score is thanks to bullpens 6-3
LAA+149@TEX - L
Kazmir pitched a good game minus the 4 run 4th,Angels almost came back lost 4-3
COL+121@CHC- L
Missed opportunities with bases loaded extra innings walk off HR...4-2
SF@SD +104- Win
Close, low scoring pretty much repeat of last match up. 3-1

NBA 1-0 +1u
PHX@LAL- Win
Kobe went off for 40pts. Lakers do work in LA again 128-107

may 17th Selections

I was in a slump so took a couple days to regroup and replenish.

MLB
LAA +149@TEX
Kazmir hasn't been to good this year 2-3, 6.82 ERA. but against Texas he has a 6-1, 2.05 ERA. Angels only allowed 3 runs in 3 games vs Oak all coming in game 2. Angels swept Oakland and Texas is coming home after getting swept in T.O.
COL +121@CHC
Cubs are 3-7 their last 10. Wells has pitched good this year away from home(3.86 ERA) but at home he has a 5.31 ERA. Cook seems to be getting better in every start He's pitched at least six innings in three out of his past four outings. owns a 3-1, 3.62 ERA vs COL.
CWS@DET -1 -102
Tiger have been dominate at home going 14-5. Porcello has also had his best stuff at Comerica park. White sox have struggled on the road going 6-12.
SF@SD +104
San Diego just seems to have the Giants Number. 6-0 this year , 13-7 2009/2010 vs SF. Cain is 4-7, 3.12 ERA vs SD. SF are just 2-10 in the last 12 meetings in San Diego. Should be a tight low scoring game, I'll back the slight home Dog.
MIL@CIN -101
Opened up with Cincy as a slight home dog. Cueto coming off his first full game shut out. He is 1-1, 3.34 ERA vs. MIL who are were just swept in their last 2 series. I think he has another solid outing in a pitching duel with Gallardo who has 3 of his 4 wins on the road.

NBA
PHX@LAL -6 -111
Like the Lakers here they won the last 3 of 4 meetings 2 of them being in LA , which Lakers won both by about 20 points. They went 1-1 in Phoenix losing by 15 and winning by 6. Lakers at home are 39-7 reg. season and unbeaten so far in the playoffs.
